Transitional Programs

We offer several structured housing options to support men in different stages of recovery and reentry. Each program is rooted in accountability, community, and the commitment to sober, independent living.

Sponsored Treatment Lodging

In partnership with licensed outpatient treatment providers—some of which offer services directly on our campus—participants can receive treatment while their lodging is covered. This ensures a seamless and stable recovery environment within our sober community.

Board & Lodging Support

For men who qualify through state funding (formerly known as GRH), Brightside Housing provides supported board and lodging. Residents are expected to participate in program activities and actively work toward independent living goals.

Self-Pay Sober Living

Designed for working men who desire to live in a supportive, sober environment, this option allows individuals to be part of the Brightside community without needing to qualify for treatment or funding programs. Residents commit to maintaining sobriety and living in accountability with peers.

ReEntry & AfterCare Program

At Brightside Housing LLC, our ReEntry & AfterCare Program serves as the foundation of lasting transformation. Rooted in the Gospel of Christ, this eight-month, self-pay program is designed for men who are ready to rebuild their lives on Biblical principles, personal responsibility, and spiritual growth. Participants live in a supportive, working community where they are guided into a deeper relationship with Christ while developing the tools needed for lifelong success.

This program is open to men currently enrolled in any of our Transitional Programs and can be joined at any time. Those who complete the program may be invited to enter our Independent Living Program, where they continue their journey toward full independence and community leadership.

Programs

Independent Living Program

The Independent Living Program at Brightside Housing LLC is designed for men who have completed our ReEntry & AfterCare Program, maintained at least one year of sobriety, and secured stable employment.

This next step offers greater autonomy while continuing to provide the structure and support needed for long-term success. Participants follow an individualized plan based on their goals and progress.

Some residents are fully self-sufficient, while others participate in our HWS-I state-sponsored model, gradually reducing their reliance on public funding as they transition toward full independence. At Brightside, we equip men not just to recover—but to thrive, lead, and give back.
